Putah Creek Lodge

Putah Creek Lodge has many indoor and outdoor amenities. Inside, the focal point is a distinctive and cozy fireplace. French doors lead to a patio which circles the building and overlooks acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Outdoor amenities include a large built-in barbeque, a well shaded picnic area and an amphitheater with bench seating around a fire pit which can be used for campfire presentations, lectures or ceremonies.

Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art

The Manetti Shrem Museum offers state-of-the-art reception, event, and program spaces designed to accommodate a broad range of gatherings from intimate get-togethers to large scale celebrations. Surrounded by art, and in an easily accessible campus location, the Manetti Shrem Museum is a premiere venue for campus and community events.

Mondavi Center

Known for its eye catching architecture and acoustic excellence, Mondavi Center’s 1,800-seat Jackson hall is gaining an international reputation as a superb performance space. Its sound and lighting systems can be fine-tuned − acoustically and otherwise − for all types of events from concerts to Broadway productions, to lectures and commencements.

The Alumni Center

The ambiance of this beautiful and versatile facility is enhanced by rich interior details, including two art galleries, as well as a quiet, tree-lined patio and serene garden leading to the UC Davis Arboretum. Located in the University Gateway, amenities include active data ports, a sound system with wireless microphones, electronically retractable projection screen, assisted listening devices and convenient catering areas.

UC Davis Conference Center

The UC Davis Conference Center is a state-of-the-art learning and meeting complex adjacent to the Hyatt Place Hotel. A blend of comfort, versatility and style, the Conference Center includes a large multi-configuration ballroom, multiple meeting and conference rooms, lobby and support space.

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is a brand new visitor waypoint and meeting space. Sharing a roof with the next door Conference Center, it features similar interior design and amenities. There are rooms of varying size available, from the meeting rooms to the lounge, and up to the larger presentation room.

International Center

The International Center at UC Davis, located where campus and community meet at 463 California Avenue, welcomes domestic and international students and scholars alike to share experiences, engage in dialogue, and be a part of community events.

Memorial Union

The Memorial Union includes eight meeting and event spaces varying in size and configuration. The union functions as a business center, with on-site retail including the campus bookstore, a U.S. post office, and a copy center. The Memorial Union is also one of the campus’ main recreation centers, featuring a bowling alley, game room and recently renovated student-run Coffee House.

UCD Lecture Halls & Classrooms

The campus offers rooms ranging in capacity from 15 to more than 500. Sophisticated audiovisual equipment comes at no extra charge with built-in technology. Catering can be provided on-site or event participants can mingle with faculty, staff and students at one of the many on-campus retail dining spots.

ARC Ballroom

The impressive ballroom space at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) opens onto a private courtyard. This is an ideal space for parties, banquets, conferences, or information fairs. A state of the art audiovisual system with built-in sound and lighting options creates an ambient setting for any event.

Gunrock Pub

The Gunrock Pub is a full-service restaurant that offers a contemporary and eclectic menu based on locally grown, seasonal ingredients. A private landscaped patio compliments the space. The Gunrock Pub is easily accessible from many meeting rooms on campus and may also be reserved for private events.

University Credit Union

The University Credit Union Center provides more than 150,000 square feet of space for gala dinners, concerts, auctions, trade shows, conferences, commencements and athletic events. Seating for close to 6,000 provides unobstructed views of the arena floor for athletic events, and 5,600 for performances.
